shortcut to popup panel on top of full-screen application

Hi,

Not exactly what you want but you can temporary disable auto-hide with

 xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p /panels/panel-0/autohide -s false
 sleep 5s
 xfconf-query -c xfce4-panel -p /panels/panel-0/autohide -s true

just check your panel number
