libxfce4ui vs. libxfce4gui: wha'?

Please keep in mind that 4.9.0 is a development release targeted for
Xfce 4.10.

Yes, libxfce4ui replaced libxfce4gui in Xfce 4.8 [1], so it should be
available for a recent Xfce.

[1] Some old goodies still use it because they have not been ported to
libxfce4ui yet.
