[OT] Disabling "Recently Used" in file chooser

What, you don't find an unsorted list of random basenames of files you 
used in any program on your system showing up in every other program?

I think maybe the GNOME designer that made the changes is done his GSoC 
or something because there's been no movement either way on this <too 
annoying to describe> change.
