About installing themes in XFCE 4.8

Hi to all, this is my first participation here so hi to everybody. I want
to ask you a question about installing themes in XFCE 4.8 because i found a
beautiful and simple theme that i want to install, this:

And i tought that it was just about placing the theme folder inside
/usr/share/themes but i can't see it in the Appearence settings (I'm using
Fedora 15) but it doesn't work, so i don't know if there's a different way
to install those themes.
