On a dark panel with xfce4-panel-4.10, the moon and the raindrops are
hard to distinguish from the background. The raindrops have been
improved a bit recently thanks to very good contributions by Simon
Steinbeiß, but it's still not optimal.
But please: This is not about whether the current theme is good or bad,
it's about clearance. I'd like to keep it but also avoid any troubles
because of license issues. Maybe its usage was ok together with the
weather.com service, but now we've changed providers and this is
becoming an issue.
