ANNOUNCE: Xfce 4.10pre2 released

Hi,

I'm next to Harald. pre1 and pre2 is stable and runs smoothly on Tiny 
Core, I like this edition better. Can't comment on thunar notes as 
current gvfs in TC is nearly useless unfortunately.

All together it's a nice job, thanks!
