This would help me too, but i've got to deploy xfce in my organization (50+ desktops) and an internal program currently relies on kwallet. So I cannot teach everybody how to use workarounds. Anyway, the problem appears with other kde-apps like "kate", but was not as good reproducible like with kwalletmanager. 

By the way - Seems I've got a similar problem like thread "Window manager problem" - xfce's session is sometimes not correctly saved (and some restartable programs like xfwm4 are missing at login - workaround: just start "xfwm4" manually, probably i'll put in into autostart instead of relying in the session). Additionally I (and some of my testusers) noticed the 1-minute-timeout at previous logout before missing xfwm4 (and I assume that kde-applications cause this behavior) or other programs that should be restored by xfce-session.
