ANNOUNCE: ristretto 0.2.0 released

Hi,

I've just tried this version on my FreeBSD box, and problem persists
like previous version (0.1.0 and 0.1.1).

This time, I've enabled debug support (--enable-debug=full) and
compilation failed (see build-debug_full.log), when debug support is
minimum compilation closes well.
