how do I start xfce-notes-plugin at startup?

Hi Guys,

I am running sl6.1 x64 and Xfce 4.8.

Under Xfce 4.4.2, there was an option to open Xfce-Notes-plugin
at logon.  Under Xfce 4.8, this seems to be missing.  I filed
a bug on it:

While we wait for our intrepid heroes to fix this, does anyone
know of a way under Xfce 4.8 to force open Xfce-Notes-plugin
when I log in?  (I do know how to write bash scripts.)
