Games Menu Entry Missing

I can not get my Games menu to show up in the Main XFCE4 menu. I was having
this same problem with my desktop and can't remember how I got it to show.

I am in the games group.

I downloaded lxmed to see if there is supposed to be anything in there. It
shows in the menu editor.

I also made a new user to see if the games menu would show up for that
user, the menu did not.

There is also an entry in /etc/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu that says

    <Menu>
        <Name>Games</Name>
        <Directory>xfce-games.directory</Directory>
        <Include>
            <Category>Game</Category>
        </Include>
    </Menu>
