Center lower panel? [Solved}

I'm glad it worked.
I was kind of surprised by the change this feature when I moved from
Xfce 4.6 to 4.8. IIRC in version 4.6 the panel was actually auto-centered.
I guess that, since the solution isn't onerous, it's probably not worth
reporting even as a wishlist bug. I suppose I can even imagine
situations in which some users -- like, say, tiling window manager users
-- might find the ability to stick an off-centered panel at the edge of
the screen.
