Just trying xfce 4.8, thunar opening delay

Hi,

Just trying xfce 4.8, everything is good but the first time I click on
a directory there is a long pause, say 30 secs before thunar opens and
also an error pops up

"Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote
application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy
blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network
connection was broken."

After this thunar opens almost instantly, any ideas anyone ?, oh Its a
fresh install of xubuntu 11.04, have asked there but no one seems to
know what is happening
