It could even be faster, since 443 is less used on the server (but it
can perfectly handle the traffic) and also some providers give https a
higher qos prio (but sometimes also lower if it is abused by torrent
networks for example).
Anyway, bugzilla + translations are https only and wiki + forum have
optional https.
