Plans of Xfce4-notifyd on persistence?

The title says all. ;)

I'm testing fedora 15 alpha, and I have some problems. but the only thing that 
worries me are the updates notifications.

Basically would have to implement something like this. We must create a status 
icon for each notification with persistence.
