Pasting icons in launcher edit

Hi All,

   In Xfce 4.8, when I am creating or editing a launcher, how can I
directly paste the icon's name and path directly?

So far, the only way I have found is to chase down the icon and
click on it.  This is a pain when I have already located the icon with
the "find" command in an xterm window.  I would like to just
highlight the icon and center click it into the launcher's icon
field.
