ANNOUNCE: terminal 0.4.6 released

If you use this terminal (and previous versions) with vte 0.27, you
want to apply the patch below, so terminal and vte are not racing to
set a panel background, resulting in a big memory leak and high cpu
usage (bug #http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6921). In fact it
should be faster on any vte version, but you won't notice that ;-).
