Disabled 'Load Default Config' Button

I have compiled and installed the XFCE 4.8 inside my system. On the first
time reload, there was a dialog box popping out asking to 'load previous
config', 'load default config' and 'start with empty panel'. However, I have
my 'load default config' disabled. I would like to know what is causing the
problem. I have tried the 'load previous config' and 'start with empty
panel' and they both worked well.
