4.8.0 installer available

I've created a 4.8 installer for testing, some people reading
xfce4-dev have already tried it, but it would be nice to give it some
more testing before I move it to archive.xfce.org.

No thunar-volman, thunar-vfs and libxfcegui4. Those or either
deprecated or not cross-platform enough.
