Pager plugin orientation problem without miniature bug.

Thanks for fix the diferent packing in pager. ;)

With respect to the other bug, after upgrading to 2.30.6 libwnck works well.

Take this opportunity to congratulate you, and also all the people involved, for 
the launch of Xfce Foundation!.

I've fixed the different packing of the buttons in the button pager,
so it matches the miniature view pager.

That bug is about that the miniature view pager is not always
'listening' to the rows setting.
