Orage problem

Hello again,

This is for the Orage people.

On starting Orage (after recompile and install), I get a message:

 builtin timezone America/Cordoba not found

This seems to be an error in the .ics files section, as there is a
definition of America/Cordoba, and for America/Argentina/Cordoba
(correctly).

I suspect the first one must be removed. 

I cannot add Orage to the panel, probably because of this error.
