In Thunar v1.2.1 bookmarks are not persistent

I'm aware of this. Thunar only allows directories to be added as
shortcuts. The problem is that we know the file type of remote
locations only when they are mounted. That's why they disappear at the
next startup. Thunar automatically removes all bookmarks that are not
directories.

This is something that will hopefully be improved in Xfce 4.10 /
Thunar 1.4.0. In the meantime, can you file a bug so that I don't forget
to disallow dropping remote locations to the side pane in Thunar 1.2.x?
