XFCE 4.8.0 logs out instead of shutting down

Heh, I also just switched from Gnome to Xfce on account of recent
modifications to Gnome. I expect more people will switch as distros move
from Gnome 2 to Gnome 3, I think a similar thing happened with KDE when
version 4 emerged.
