usbutilts

while compiling T2-trunk the usbutilts package fails to build with the
following error

checking for LIBUSB... configure: error: Package requirements (libusb >=
0.1.12) were not met:
No package 'libusb' found

But libusb-1.0.8 compiled and I check the pkgconfig dir and there is a file
there
