How to I edit the Xfce Menu?

Hi All,

I was looking over the new Xfce on my new Fedora 14-Xfce
spin Live CD.  Looks really cool.

Question: how do I edit the "Xfce Menu"?  Is there some utility
like gNome's "alacarte" or KDE's "kmenuedit"?
