new to midori questions/problem importing from firefox

Hi all,

I'm moving from firefox to midori and I'd like import passwd and
bookmarks from firefox to midori.

So, I've exported bookrmarks in html format but when I try to import
them into midori I get an error: Malformed document.

About passwords, is there any password manager available? I see not
password option in preferences. I've read:

true? isn't it available?

Last question, may I change shortcuts? I'd like to change between tabs
with Ctrl+TAB and not Ctrp+PageUp ...

Maybe I'm used to firefox and other applications, but I'm looking for
so those conf in preference and rest of midori menus.
