This new beta of the Task Manager adds new settings and eye candy. All
floating ideas I had in mind have been written which leaves only two
goals before switching the status from beta to stable. These two left
goals are libwnck (optional) for window icons/names, and monitors to
replace the kind-of-useless but resource-hungry progress bars.

The new settings are “More precision” to display percent values with
two additional decimals, “Full command line” to display pretty or ugly
task names, and an option to show/hide a status icon that in turn
allows to show/hide the window on click -- I'm unsure if I need to
show off a context menu for the status icon, open to debate, I don't
feel like it is useful. Another option is the “Refresh rate,” it can
be set from 250ms up to 10s.

On another hand, the swap information gets hidden in case there is no
swap on the system, and a warning banner is displayed when running as
root.

But wait, that's not all, there are two more cool enhancements that
have been introduced, the columns can be reordered at glance and
started/terminated tasks are highlighted in green/red. Tasks with a
changed state are highlighted in yellow.

Finally, a less visible feature is the default search function for the
tree view. It allows to match a case insensitive key within the task
names, for example “settings” matches xfsettingsd and
xfce4-settings-helper. Type down/up arrow to jump from one match to
another.
