I tried to set up chbg to do this, also Webilder, http://www.webilder.org/

I was unable to configure the former, and the latter works better on a GNOME 
system, while my Xfce is based on KDE.  I think that my distro (Mandriva, who 
else?) had the Webilder-KDE package, but not all its dependencies.
