Thanks to Christian (for indirectly suggesting me to continue digging)
I have the application webilder_desktop running (0.6.5, the HEAD fails
to download images from Flickr).
The xfconf-query command can be used in the preferences dialog >
advanced which works fine for me. I can provide a patch for only
having to click on "Use Xfce parameters".
