Webilder wallpaper changer and Xfce

I tried to install it (it did install fine) but when running it
manually (or adding the GNOME applet) I get an error (“ImportError: No
module named PIL”). I'm not sure what it is and really don't want to
dig.

I have see it has a config file with two interesting options.

webilder.wallpaper_set_method and webilder.wallpaper_script.

You can set the first to "script" and the second to:

xfconf-query -c xfce4-desktop -p /backdrop/screen0/monitor0/image-path -s "%f"
