Stop Ekiga configuration manager from running at login

Basically correct. Ekiga installed itself on my XFCE lower panel. This
is a new 23" wide screen monitor and a small downside is that it's a
long ways to the lower right before I noticed there was a red
telephone down there. I deleted it and now it doesn't run at login
anymore.
