The repo includes libxfcegui4-4.7.0-1, which no longer contains this
file.

What command did you run? I guess you ran 'yum update --skip-broken' and
have components installed that depend on the old Xfce 4.6 libxfcegui4,
right? This does not work as mentioned in my announcement.
