More flexible new window focus setting would be nice

That's my setting right now, and new windows indeed don't get focus BUT they
come up above all existing windows (and last in the windows stack). Points
after "BUT" are those I would like to see changed after checking/unchecking
appropriate boxes. I agree this is not what most people want... :-)
