Not Xfce-specific, but...

$ hcitool scan
Scanning ...
	XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX your_mobile
$ gvfs-mount obex://[XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX]
$ ls ~/.gvfs/your_mobile

There you go... :)

I also suggest installing gigolo (written by our valuable Xfce
contributor Enrico). You can add a bookmark for your device there and
have it automounted.
