Yes it has been for a long time, and I htink the older version is
still the best one, but the 4 version is not to sneeze at either. I
have sotpped using kde with a the "jingle jangle" and too many
libraries and all that. Nothing better then the older or other
OpenVersion of the GUI's. :-)
