Heh, I was wondering where I put that.  Just updated it to be a bit more
modern (use libwnck instead of deprecated libxfcegui4/libnetk), and
center the window instead of placing it at (0,0).  Works with libwnck
2.24.x.  If you have anything much older, it might segfault.

Another smart way of doing it would be to fire off a notification using
libnotify instead of using a custom window.
