ANNOUNCE: parole 0.1.98 released

The release looks fine, the gtk-doc builds, but the big problem I see is
that the plugin does not build with xulrunner 1.9.2/Firefox 3.6 Beta,
because jri.h is no longer available. AFAIK it wont come back. :(
