ANNOUNCE: xfce4-volumed 0.1.8 released

That definately motivates me to write a GUI to the volume daemon... I just
don't have time for it now, but I will eventually propose a GUI that allows
chosing the track to act on, so you can chose a track that just works for
you (this is very likely the current problem).
