Hello people.

Just tried to compile 4.6.1, and I hit a problem:

undefined reference _XiGetDevicePresenceNotifyEvent

This reference doesn't seem to be exported from libXi till a recent
version, and the configure file doesn't check on it. Maybe add a check?
