screenshot not available in panel add options

I just make a fresh install of XFCE4 on a FreeBSD-7.2 machine. I
installed additional plug-ins like the screenshot on my system; however,
it never shows up in the 'add' menu when I click on the panel and
choose add. Other plug-ins that I have downloaded are listed.

I tried downloading the plug-in a second time; however, that did not
work either. Any ideas?
