Skype "answer incoming call" popup sometimes doesn't work

Hmm.  That's interesting.  I wonder if it has something specific to do
with configuration options (number of workspaces? focus rules?).

Anyway I found a Python script that talks through DBUS to the Skype
API and purports to be able to answer a call. I'm waiting for somebody
to call me to try it out :-)
