ANN: xfce4-screenshooter version 1.5.1 released

Hello,

Everybody seems to be releasing bug fix releases this week, hence it is
time for an Xfce4 Screenshooter one!

Bugs fixed:

* the po header was displayed when using --help on OpenBSD.
* build without GIO was broken (Bug #4894).
* do not use a verb in the menu entry (Bug #4914).
* the filechooser was not opened in the correct folder when using the -s
CLI option. Initial patch by Enrico Troeger.
* crash when the "Open with" list is empty (Bug #4971).
* the mouse pointer was not displayed on screenshots.
* yet another leak plugged.
