xfce 4.4.2: session remembering

Hi,
On my Xubuntu 8.10, when I log out and take care of _unchecking_ to save 
session for future logins, I althoug have all the applications reloaded.

It's been that way for 3 months now, but I never found how to make it 
forget the applications to be launched.

Where does Xfce store that liste of apps?
I want it to forget them and log me on with a clear desktop.

How to?
