How to find an icon used in a menu?

That just says 'icon="VBox"', I guess this must mean the icon is
embedded in the executable or something.

Or maybe not, the icon is:-

    /usr/share/pixmaps/VBox.png

Whatever, the advice to use xfce4-appfinder works!
