How to find an icon used in a menu?

Ah, now this may be the answer.

Yes, it's there when I run xfce4-appfinder, however I'm a bit stuck on
how where to drag and drop it to.  (I'm not very good at modern GUIs
being a command line person in the main)

I have tried dragging and dropping straight into the panel, that
doesn't work. Ah, OK, I've got it, I have to drop it into the Program
Launcher.
