Well, first of all I must say I did not know SkyOS, but do not think the 
panel that copy the operating system. KDE, for example, has a panel 
similar to the Mockup, with respect to the rounded edges. Moreover, as 
seen in the image, the window list is not equal. The only thing they 
seem both panels is rounded edges.
