Excluding certain programs from transparency

xfwm4 support the property NET_WM_WINDOW_OPACITY_LOCKED (which has
never made it to the freedesktop standard if I am not mistaken).

So if your media player sets this property, it will be excluded from
transparency. Totally non-standard, I admit.
