Unable to load a failsafe session

I recently installed Arch along with XFCE and XFCE loads ok for root,
but I get this error for normal users in which XCFE exits.

"Unable to determine failsafe session. Possible causes : xfconfd isn't running
(D-Bus setup problem), environment variable $XDG_CONFIG_DIRS is set incorrectly
(must include "/etc"), or xfce4-sessions is installed incorrectly."

Any ideas?
