Which Application loads the Plugins Modules

Hi,

I am looking for application which  load the mcs-plugins modules in Xfce.
If it is   xfce-setting-show or xfce-mcs-manager or some-thing else ?
Actually , i am developing one of the mcs-plugins & want to strace it .
But i am not able to figure out which application Load it in system.
Just like which application load
/usr/lib/xfce4/mcs-plugins/keyboard_plugin.so  in system ?
