Problem with string size after Internalization & Localization

Hi,
 I am doing one project, in which i am making Ui ( using Glade/Gtk) for
system.
 I have done Its Internalization & Localization by making po & mo files.

Now a facing problem with characters size in different Languages.
As you know any string size changes with different  Language .
So in one language label box is small (one part of string come)  and  in
other Language label box is big .
So , if there is any way by which size of label box can be increase or
decrease depending upon size of String.
