ANN: xfce4-fsguard-plugin version 0.4.2 released

Hello,

Here is a small version bump for the fsguard plugin.  It contains more
updated translations and a single change in the source.  Now the
progress bar's fraction is reversed so that it displays the amount of
data used instead of the free space -- so the more data you have the
higher the progress bar will be ;-)
